courtesy of Julien Sarrasin - pours a cloudy dark orange colour with absolutely no foam left; a fair fruity nose (blood oranges and starfruit come to mind), notes of cinnamon; a moderate carbonation and a medium malt body, pretty acidic palate; the acidity takes control of the long fruity finish - shows some interest but looks pretty uncontrolled to me
