UPDATED: FEB 26, 2022 On Tap at Cask Pub & Kitchen, Pimlico 06/08/2012 Fruity and slightly sour aroma. Small white head. Amber red coloured fruity and a little spicy with a cinnamon flavour. A hint of bitterness in a full malt finish.

Bottle from notes. Pours a clear orange amber color with a small off white head. The aroma and flavor have toasted pale malts, grass, herbal tea, earthy hops, some faded notes, on the lower end in the series.

My fifth 2012 Mikkeller single hop bottle. Deep, murky brown. Lovely floral aroma initially. Good head. Sweet, dank, some citric acid bitterness. Some burnt toast. Nice mouth feel.

330ml bottle at home. Unclear golden orange color with white head. Malty and light hoppy aroma, caramel, bready, light floral, herbal. Sweet and bitter taste. Medium oily body with soft carbonation.

Herbal spice hop malt aroma. Clear Amber colour poor head and lacing. Malt floral malt spice flavour. Smooth palate.

The best piece from the Hop Series. Light to medium sweet flavor, crunchy leaves, brown sugar, dried out pine. Medium bodied average carbonation.

Pours a dirty brown color, completely hazy with some debris flowing around. Topped with an average sized beige colored head. Caramel aroma, some biscuity notes and tiny fruity notes. Taste is sweet and biscuity, caramel and some spicy feel in the end. A gentle but very nice.

As goes for all the Hop Series beers I’ve tasted: the bottles were probably quite old, best before of April/May 2015, so some of the hop characteristics might have already gone away. Nice orange color with big head (darkness varied a bit). Very piney and resinous, american style. Sweet. Good finish with lingering bitterness and full body. Very good!
