Hildigöltur (5101) - København, DENMARK - JUN 30, 2004Cloudy golden coloured. Exotic mango aroma. A very complex and nice pilsener. Sweet notes of honey are well balanced with bitter hop notes. Also rather spicy and grassy.
Ungstrup (51301) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - FEB 1, 2004[Bottled - around 1½ years old] The aroma is very nicely hoppy and grassy - very fresh. The color is an unclear orange and it has a small disappearing head. The flavor is very complex; slighly sour, grassy, hoppy, and sweet honey. An OK beer - but probably better fresh from tap. Thanks a lot to Alex (fiulijn) for bringing this to a sampling session.

Blond pilsner. Light aroma, but powerful mouth, incredible body for this kind of beer, good malt, honeyish, smooth, enough sweet, powerful hop finish (taste and aftertaste). A delight.

Cloudy blond color. Delicate hop; cheesy nose. Dry, bitter taste, quite similar sensation as an Orval (the old hops…). Old but still enjoyable.
Bov (14982) - Bienne, SWITZERLAND - APR 28, 2002cloudy orange colour, few head, fruity (apricot, apple) and floral, full, sweet, late bitterness, long dry bitter fruity finish
