On draft at the brewpub. Pours a clear cola with a tan head. Coffee aroma. Flavors of coffee, leather and tobacco. Medium light bodied. Roast finish.

Draft at the source. Opaque dark brown color. Nice roasty cocoa and coffee grounds aroma. Taste is roasty sweet chocolate. Decent.

As Nitro Steamboat: "better than their other beers only because it’s darker and smoother. still generic, lacking in flavor, yada yada yada. SOME hops would be nice. if you’re going for all malt, there still needs to be more flavor."

Pour on tap at the brewery, dark brownish black pour with off white head, aroma brought notes of roast, coffee, slight acidic malts into some caramel, toffee, hints of dark cocoa in there as well. Taste is a mix of dark cocoa, roast, slight coffee into some sweet caramel, finishing fairly dry.

On tap at the Winter Park location. COmes dark brown with a small tan head. Aroma of malt, chocolate, and coffee. Taste is roasted malt, milk chocolate, and coffee. Nice and creamy.

OIn tap at The Library poured a clear dark reddish brown with a small lingering brown head. Aromas of roasted malt, bakers cocoa and coffee. Palate was medium bodied and smooth. Flkavors of roasted malt, bakers cocoa and light coffee with a smooth lingering roasty finish.

Tap @ Library Laramie. Not on nitro. Pours a hazy brown appearance with a light brown head. Bitter dark chocolate, caramel nose. Burnt, very bitter toffee, chocolate flavor. Pass.

Very much enjoyed this beer! Truly like breakfast in a glass. I can taste the oatmeal and maybe a bit of cinnamon. More chocolate than coffee. But still has a good toasty flavor - creamy ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

on nitro-pours black with a light brown head. Aroma is sweet dark malt-molasses/cocoa. Taste is sweet dark malt-molasses/cocoa, some earthy hops. Soft carbonation.
