Bottle @ home. Millésime 2012. An Imperial IPA of 6 years old, not very promising, but this one is wow! Very complex nose of lemon, oak, tart stone fruit, white wine lots of the barrel. Taste is tart, fruity, rather bitter. This beer developed very nice with age. Great!

A lightly hazed golden ale with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light Brett, light lactic notes, light ground cherry, very nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with delicious Brett, light lactic notes, light grassy hops, light mineral notes, nice and complex. Bottle at Chuck and April’s Cellar Tasting.

Bottle. Pours a hazy yellow golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty woody weak sour citrus aroma. Fruity malty woody sour wine flavor. Has a fruity malty woody sour citrus finish.

Fonefan 280215. Golden colour with an off-white head. Flavour is sweet, hop, malt, grapefruit, orange, citrus, pine, wood. Full body. OK beer.

75 cl bottle, slow gusher. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Wineous, fruity, dense. Solid wooden. Smooth fruity, wineous. Lingering fruity and light acetone. Dry and smooth fruity finish.

Bottle at The Carnival Tasting in Ulfborg Denmark 2015-02-28. Clear golden beer with an offwhite head. Hoppy, grassy, floral and yeasty aroma. Similar flavour with some herbal notes.

Clear medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, moderate hoppy, flowers, perfume, moderate yeasty, barnyard, wine, grapes. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light acidic with a long duration, grapes, wine, wood, tart, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150228]

Ölföreningen 2015. Smak och doft av hö, trä, fat, ladugård, blommor med toner av honung. Tvålig, funkig, rund och len, oljig, syrlig med fin beska. Annorlunda men god!

Bottle shared from Mi Orge Mi Houblon. Pours Very hazy amber with a small ring tan head. Aroma of huge oak, strongly vinous, floral, caramel, peach and malt. Flavor is moderate sweet and lightly acidic with a massive white wine and oak barrel palate completely consuming the base beer. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottled@fonefan. Golden colour, small head. Aroma is mildly acidic fruity and floral notes along with some sweet malts. Flavour is sweet malts, some fruity, nectary, floral and mildly wooden notes.
