SinH4 (15469) - Garching bei München, GERMANY - DEC 23, 2014bought at Drinks of the World Zurich some time this summer. Tasted in July, have some notes left.
Cloudy orange color with big head. Aroma is intense simcoe, which for me always has this super-concentrated peach/apricot juice aroma. Taste is fruity, but the bitterness takes over soon, and there’s a lot of bitterness in this one. The Swiss malt feeling is also in there, overall on the very bitter side, but interesting to see what loads of simcoe do with your beer.
Embrouille (2879) - SWITZERLAND - JUL 30, 2014Bottled 50cl. Purchased in Drinks of the world, Zürich. My version was at 6.7 or 6.9 ABV. Citrusy hops and cookie dough showing up in tne nose. Nice interplay between sweetness and dryness. Delicate and quite delicious.
tadahster (112) - SWITZERLAND - DEC 10, 2013Deep copper, good little bubbles in foam, pines, bitter pacific hops, hops enhance with tasting, very dry, piney, astringent, some berries, great.
TBone (27112) - Pori, FINLAND - DEC 9, 2013Bottle @Per
Gusher bottle. Deep orange color, big off-white head. Fruity, a bit hoppy aroma. Medium-bodied. Fruity notes, a bit tart, sweetish, like Alvinne-bottles with lots of CO2. Perhaps a bit infected?
omhper (40321) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - OCT 25, 2013Bottled, thanks Bov! Hazy amber, lively head. Light citrus aroma. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Doughy malt, light citrus hoppiness. Really bitter finish.
oh6gdx (45088) - Vasa, FINLAND - OCT 9, 2013Bottled@omhper. Amber colour, small beige head. Aroma is fruity, floral, mildly toffeeish along with some slight honeylike sweetness. Flavour is fruity, nectary and a bit sweet maltiness. Also some mild toasted notes towards the finish.
TheJvd (1362) - NETHERLANDS - SEP 14, 2013Bottle. Hazy ambor color with a vast off-white head. Aroma is caramel, syrup, toffee and pine. Taste is quite sweet with caramel, some red fruits, pine, caramel and a medium bitter finish. Medium body with a soft to medium carbo. Smooth texture. Too sweet and not fruity enough just like the other IPA’s I’ve had from them so far.

The amber color is hazy, with huge compact head. Quite strong hop aroma, fruity, not enough, and a touch of toffee. Caramel flavor, very different from the Galaxy had in parallel, cleaner; smooth mouthfeel, drier than Galaxy; god bitterness level, with mild fruity touch, not as much as expected; balanced.
Amazing how the carbonation, more controlled than in Galaxy, grows a huge head without shaking.
Very good, not as hop-forward and hop-fresh as expected.
Bov (14982) - Bienne, SWITZERLAND - JUN 25, 2013from Erzbierschof - dark and cloudy amber-orange beer with a long lasting beige foam; a fair hoppy nose showing piney and apricoty notes; pretty astringent, full-bodied and highly carbonated, robustly bitter and with a light residual sweetness; long notes of pine needles, citrus and raisins and a lingering bitterness
thebeertourist (5188) - Oslo, NORWAY - JUN 16, 2013Bottle from Fork & Bottle, Zürich. Pours cloudy, glowing amber brown with a very sizeable head. Very fresh fruity hop nose, with hints of pears and berries. Nice bitterness, lots of fruit, quite harmonious. Very well crafted.
