COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

An Expressionist Raspberry NIghtmare
Our own take on the traditional German style: slightly sour and loaded with lots of fresh raspberries.

pleispleis (1558) - Maccagno, ITALY - OCT 22, 2021
Ben fatta. c. Cantina della birra 22.10.21

Dorqui (3332) - Brescia, ITALY - DEC 5, 2020
UPDATED: DEC 5, 2020 Bottled 0,33L. Unclear pink/reddish color, much bubbly and crisp aspect with escaping and light head of short resistance. Moderate fruity and yeasty aroma, notes of raspberries, unriped red fruits, stum, yeast. Acidic and crisp palate, long sweet and sour mouth, sweet and punget, refreshing fruity final. yann28 (2716) - - SEP 26, 2020

caribou43 (3069) - SWITZERLAND - JUN 21, 2020
UPDATED: JUN 21, 2020 This bottle is coming from one beer shop, place de l'Aligre, at Paris. Drinking and enjoying this bottle, one day ago, at Epalinges. The body is yellow/grey and troubled, pink with a normal and sparkling carbonation, white foam. In my point of view, it is a tasteful and correct sour beer, side of lactose, sparkling, dry malt and nice side of raspberry, classical hop at the final, well balanced and refreshing.

JorisPPattyn (14310) - Wilrijk, BELGIUM - JUN 21, 2020
UPDATED: JUN 21, 2020 I Slightly aged sample /I Head gone in seconds; hazy pink to terra-cotta beer, still. End of bottle solid yeast. Nice nose, prickly pear, cranberry, rosehips, raspberry. Fruity, but in a different way, resembling oxidation, but subtly different. As if dried rosehips and other grains/kernels were added. Some dry spice as well. Light body but quite oily-slick. Undercarbonated. Nice, if with a weird streak. Would order it again, though.
