Fruity, slightly sour taste with notes of red apples, plums, bread, hay and a dry finish with a touch of salt and a light tartness. Medium body, dry. Low bitterness. Interesting and quite refreshing. Smooth salty beginning. Slightly sourish, sessionable with lots of sourish salty floralness. Great.

Golden amber with a nice white and compact head. Sour aromas of Lambic, grapefruit-citrus, fruity of apricot and plum. The taste is soft, sour and citric with Lambic with outdated hop and notes of citrus, plum and salt. Not bad, fresh, quenching with a touch of salt on the tongue in the spreading.
