UPDATED: SEP 5, 2020 This bottle is coming from the coop, in front of Zürich HB. Drinking and judging it, yesterday, at home, at Epalinges, during a beautiful sunny day. The color is brown/orange and troubled, normal carbonation, white foam. In my own opinion, it is a regular bock, the negative point is this note of alcool a bit unpleasant and metalic at the final. This one is rather malty, bready, white a side of sugar, grapes, fruity, classical hop at the final.

UPDATED: APR 23, 2020 Sample thanks to Grumbo: Poured a coppery transparent with bubble head. Aroma is sweet fruit and grain. Taste is rich malty grain very bold.
