Draught. Hazy golden in color with a whitish head. Notes of garden fruits, damp cellar and spicy yeastyness in aroma. Some citrus fruityness as well. Tart in taste at first, also some green summear meadow and fruity sweetness is present in taste.

1/2 pint@ One pint pub. Hiukan samea, kullankeltainen, runsaasti vaahtoa. Tuoksussa hiivaa ja kirpeää hedelmää, valkoista viininmarjaa. Maussa humalaa, maltaita, hapanta leipää jälkimaussa. Jotain kirpeää.

1/2 pint on tap @ One Pint Pub. Pours cloudy golden with a very high head. Aroma is rustic malts with some fruits. Flavor is rustic malts, fruits and hops. Quite nice!

Tap @ Gallows Bird, Espoo, 30/08/14. Finnish rating #300. Pours a hazy light orange with a frothy, white head. Aroma is peppery, spicy, lemony, rather crisp. Taste begins rather yeasty with marzipan, some banana, light crisp lemon. Later on the lemon and spiciness turn up a bit along with some uncomfortable ethanol. Strong grain in the aftertaste. Medium full and medium carbonation. Alright.

Tap@gallows. Pale yellow, hazy. Malty, hayish wheaty., some,citrus, bandaid. Lighish mouthfeel. Nice fresh refreshing. Ok, except for the light bandaid..

(Keg at Gallow’s Bird, 20140830) The beer poured golden and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had spiciness, sourness, fruitiness and tangerine. Palate was medium bodied with high carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, spiciness, grass, malts and bitterness. Afteraste was sour, spicy and bitter. A rather nice saison. A bit harsh.

Pours orange with a thick white head. Aroma of ripe fruits, yeast, earthy notes and spices. Taste is smooth, estery and ripe fruity with some yeast and earthy notes. Finish is floral, herbal and earthy with some estery sweetness and ripe fruitiness. Some yeastiness too. Okay, sweetish saison.

Aroma has sweetish and grainy malt with funky yeasty tones. Also peaches and other fruits. Flavour has some citrus, grapefruit, funky yeasty tones and some urinal cake. Nice, like a more clean and rich version of Tallimestari. This has even some Fantôme-like elements.
