UPDATED: SEP 14, 2021 #4258 Cloudy, dark brown to red, high white head. Chocolate aroma, carrot leaves. Taste is neutral to dry, lightly bitter, chocolate, touch of coffee, carrot, raspberry leaves, floral tones. Black IPA-ish stout. Nice one.

UPDATED: AUG 12, 2021 Draught at the brewpub. Cloudy, dark red to black colored. AROMA- roasted malts, caramel, chocolate, coffee, touch of sour cherries, raspberry leaves. FLAVOR- dry, moderately bitter, roasted malts, coffee, dark chocolate, earthy, leaves. Medium bodied. Tasty.

UPDATED: JUN 28, 2020 26.06.2020: From tap at the brewpub, 4.3% ABV, nitro tap. Pitch black color with a dense creamy light beige head. Aroma of heavily roasted malt, dark coffee, roasted nuts, burnt wood, ash, cocoa and mineralic notes. Medium-light creamy body with hardly any sweetness, a light to medium hoppy bitterness and a light roasty acidity. The flavor is similar to the smell and quiet heavily roasted and burnt - cold dark coffee, coffee grounds, burnt wood, licorice, ash. Finishes roasty with burnt wood, coffee, ash and a light to medium roasty bitterness. Good with really nice heavily roasted notes yet smooth to drink. Aroma: 7 Appearance: 5 Taste: 7 Palate: 4 Overall: 14

UPDATED: JAN 5, 2020 Draught in September 2018. Dry, soft, roasted stout, dark chocolate notes, coffee, light candied sugar. Amazing drinkability, light yet rich in flavour. Superb!
