CanCrusher (2026) - Ilirska Bistrica, SLOVENIA - FEB 27, 2024
UPDATED: FEB 27, 2024 Bottle 0,33L. Courtesy of Kita. Unclear, dark golden color with big, frothy white head. Aroma is malty, yeasty, clove, spicy and honey. Taste is light sweet with notes of banana and apple. Finish has some light bitterness and long lasting 'Belgian' aftertaste. Medium body, soft carbonation, dry texture. Could easily be competitive with original Belgian golden ales.

Kita (4675) - Koper, SLOVENIA - JAN 17, 2024
UPDATED: JAN 17, 2024 Bottle from the brewery, 0.33l. Aroma is dusty, yeasty, grassy, honeyish and floral. Pours clear dark golden color with medium sized soapy white head and sparkling appearance. Taste starts refreshing yeasty and medium sweet caramelly, following is bready and herbal, mouthfeel is rather dry, while finish is average bitter. Medium body, creamy texture and average carbonation in palate. Totally decent monkish brew…

Ale italiana de abadía rubia. Color ambar claro turbio. Poca espuma blanca que tiene a desaparecer. Baja carbonatación. Aroma intenso a lúpulo y especias. Sabor equilibrado, ligerisamente amaro y suave. Retrogusto refrescante donde no permanece el amargor. Algo especiada. Buen trabajo de los monjes.

Bottiglia.

750ml bottle (Koht Spring Auction 2017) (6:3:7:3:13=3.2)
This was several years past its BB date, so far so that I was hoping that its second legs would have arrived - it is, after all, a bottle-conditioned belgian ale. Misty straw, large loose persistentish head. Oxidised aroma, sweet, milky and malty. Pale vanillaey soft grains in the taste. Thinnish palate but no strength at all. Wheatish soft malts in the finish. A pretty easy pale blond. Has survived rather well, as a belgian ale should.

suurjuust (4492) - ESTONIA - NOV 11, 2017
750ml bottle shared by Phil, thanks! Semi-clear yellow pour, white head. Nose is fruity and oxidized, esters and sugars. Flavor is thinnish, star, sugar, fruit. Weird and thin. Not watery, thin.

750ml bottle, thanks FatPhil. Pours clear golden, thick white. Aroma is grainy, grassy, malty, some butter. Taste of hay, some fat, malts. Medium bodied, below average carbo. Boring, but drinkable.
