COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Expect a robust, slightly sweet malt character on the front of the tongue, notes of alpine flowers and just-baked bread as it goes back through the palate. A clean, mildly bitter finish to round things off. A delicious classic pilsner. Hops: Mt. Hood, Saaz

UPDATED: OCT 26, 2019 10/25/19 - Little Rock, Ar - on tap at Lost Forty. Sparkling, medium gold, nice bubbles, thin, off-white head. Hint of honey along with the grain in the aroma. Flavor has a nice honey sweetness to it, a touch of light saffron spice and stoned wheat crackers. Crisp, refreshing mouthfeel.

Pours a very clear, pale straw color. About one finger creamy white head. Pretty thick. Good retention, light lacing.

Aroma is cereal grain, maybe a touch of rice. Light hops, touch of urine. Not a lot going on.

Taste is cereal grain, light rice and rice husks. Touch of spicy hops. Lightly bitter.

Mouthfeel is light to medium bodied. Watery. Semi dry, semi crisp. Touch of bitterness. Easy drinking.

Overall, it’s pretty good. Not as flavorful as I would like. It’s still a good pils. I guess, a basic pils. I’d probably buy it again, and I might recommend it.

Sample at the brewpub. Clear orange-gold color with a medium off-white head that recedes steadily to an outer ring. Stringy lacing. Aroma of grassy hops, fruit and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of mild hops, fruit and biscuit malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a grassy hop aftertaste. Decent overall.
