Bottle shared by John. Thanks! A: Cloudy yellow, thin white head, lacing. N: Straw, funk, grapefruit rind, white peach, oak, white peppercorn, some apricot, nectarine, white wine grape and sweet-tarts. T: Very fruity, tart, and sweet - with only a little of the candy sweettart breaking through here. M: Light body, prickly carbonation, no alcohol presence. O: A funky stone fruit sour. I really enjoyed this one, especially given how its complexity arose out of the yeast and not via adjuncts. Recommended.

Hazy yellow with a nice white head. Quite tart, lemons, unripe stone fruit, white wine flavors, nice yeasty funk, light woody influences.

Bottle @ RBSG 2015. Thanks to Ferris, I believe. Hazed pale straw colored beer with a white head. Super lemon forward. Tons of lemon zest and juice, some green grape, and pear. Mild cracker and grass. Holy smokes is this beer sour. Like a shot of lemon juice. Green apple, green grape, and plenty of lemongrass to go with it. Mild musty and grassy funk...but mostly just sour.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out light funk with a medium tart stone fruit presence. Flavour brings out tart peachy funk all throughout. Finishes dry. Lacking complexity, but still very pleasant all round. Nice one.

Bottle... Pours cloudy and yellow with a small, brief, white head. The aroma is bready, lemony and lightly funky. Medium-bodied with a creamy mouthfeel and soft carbonation. The nose is a lightly sour, citric mélange of lemon, key lime and breadiness with a tart, fruity, yeasty finish. Bottle generously shared by landhoney!
