Slightly cloudy amber colour with a minimal white head. Aroma is spiced malts, yeast and lemon zest. Taste is spiced malts, soft funk and yeast. Crisp finish. Dry. Next one please!

UPDATED: NOV 4, 2019 Now 5%,a bright amber-gold with a fine foam. Tangy-spicy and funky aromas with hints of pear drops and lemon zest. Bitter-dry over a distantly fruity sweetness, more spicy-funky notes, light bodied yet slightly sticky on the finish. Off-beat and interesting.

UPDATED: MAY 31, 2019 Robe blond paille et trouble. Arômes levure beurre banane floral. Goût encore dominé par la levure. Notes céréales et biscuit. Alcool plutôt marqué.

Draft at Black Lab, RBESG 2016. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of peppery saison yeast, citrus and light malt. Flavour is light to light moderate sweet and light moderate bitter. Light to medium bodied with light carbonation. [08-07-2016]
