caribou43 (3080) - SWITZERLAND - JUL 9, 2021UPDATED: JUL 9, 2021 This bottle is coming from the coop city Bern. Opening it at Arbaz and enjoying it with Fred, two days ago. You get a deep black body, normal carbonation, a bit weaker than usual, white and brown foam. A classical imperial stout, good relation price/quality. This one is boozy, a bit syrupy, rather sweet, on the way of a baltic porter, fruity, notes of cherry, roasted malt, coffee, hop at the final.
