UPDATED: MAY 28, 2019 Sample at Solothurner Biertage, may 2019. Unclear orange body with a small white head. Aroma is funky, fruity, wood and some acid. Flavor is tart, quite smooth, sour fruity, funky, wood and farmhouse. Balanced body and same aftertaste. Smooth, refreshing and tart.

Tap at Erzbierschof Zürich. Very fine smooth foam, some lacing. This is a sour on the light side of the spectrum, yet still with a very good taste.

@SoBiTa 2015; courtesy of Eric Notari - light hazy orange beer; fairly woody aroma of oranges and grappa; full-bodied; fairly sour; dry and light sticky, long fruity sourish aftertaste - strong character and well-crafted

UPDATED: AUG 13, 2015 On tap at Solothurner Biertage. Hazy orange color with small head and crazy lacing. Nice funk, brett bruxellensis nearly, lactic acid. Taste is easier than expected, nice barrel, a bit sweet, nice funk. Definitely infected, but I don?t know how much of this was on purpose. Surprisingly good and surprisingly bad at the same time... EDIT: On tap at Microbrewer Armageddon Zurich. Much better towards the finish. Nice job!

Cloudy golden color. Milky sour smell with hints of old feet and cheese. The taste is sour, almost brettish with a funky nicely dosed carbonation and a dryish finish. It makes you doubt if the result was intended in the brewing process, but the result is a surprisingly well performing weird beer.
