COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Die Wildsau ist unser Liebling. Als "Bière Ambrée" hat es einen ausgewogenen, süffigen Körper mit leicht malzigen Charakter. Der Aromahopfen verleiht ihm eine fruchtige Note im Abgang und in der Nase.
UPDATED: APR 28, 2019 From tap at Solothurner Biertage 2019. Hazy amber color with an off white head. The aroma is relatively mild, lightly malty and very lightly hoppy - bread, hints of pine. Medium watery body with a light bitterness and a very light sweetness. The flavor is lightly malty and lightly hoppy - bread, pine, resin, toasted bread. Rather boring.

0.3l bottle from basler feinmesse. pours a hazy amber with a steady off-white head and some floating debris of sediment. aroma of toasted malts, a hint of fruity hops, pineapple. flavour of grapefruit, caramel, some spices. a bit weird sourish note, I suspect the bottle might be a bit off (considering that sediment as well)
