UPDATED: DEC 19, 2022 Draft at Khyber Pass. Cloudy dark pinkish pour with ivory foam. Full fruity sour with softly muffled edges. Plums. White mulberries. Tart and jammy up front smoothing out to an oaky dry finish. Excellent!

UPDATED: JUL 11, 2022 Bottle @ Mike's House. Thanks, Mike. Hazed orange beer with a short lived white head. Fairly sweet, actually. A ton of plum, some strawberry jam, and a touch of earthiness. Oak, lemon zest, and a hint of lemon juice. Actually kind of vinous. A nice touch of berry, actually. It's fine, but nothing amazing.

UPDATED: FEB 19, 2021 750ml bottle. Poured a hazy golden color with a small sized head. Nice plums, funkiness, citrus, and some stone fruits. Aged well.

From notes. Enjoyed at a tasting at Corbet’s house on November 06. 750 mL bottle. The pour is a ruby-tinted golden orange with a thick white head that falls down pretty quickly with a couple spots of lace and a small film that remains. The aroma is pretty good. There is a nice tart plum right up front. I like the lingering citrus sour and a hint of funk before the barrel comes through and finishes this off softly. There is a good sour on the back end with a cleanliness. The flavor is much of the same. Initial sour citrus with a nice smooth plum that grows sour and finished off with a little oaky funk. I like this a lot. The mouth feel is lighter medium bodied with a bright carbonation and a lingeringly dry funk and oaky plum on the back end. This is solid. 8 4 8 4 16

Bottle. Pours slightly hazy golden, small white head, decent lacing. Aroma is funky, stone fruit, fungus, oak. Flavor is light plus tart, medium funk, fungus and basement. Light plus body.

RBSG16 Grand Tasting. Pours a hazed amber with a thin white head. Big plum and musk on the nose, soft funk, sweetness, wood. Medium bodied, big acid, wood, funky with a bit of plum. Soft acidity, long wood, acetone drowns out the finish a bit, and the tartness of plums gets lost a bit.

750 ml bottle shared. Hazy orange with off-white head. Aromas of stone fruit, tart notes, funk, oak, hay. Tastes of stone fruit, tart acidic notes, funk, oak. Light body with a dry finish. Nice.

Thanks DCLawyer for sharing the bottle! Poured into a snifter showing light pink hues, golden orange and yellow with no head. The nose shows plum and mint. The palate is light bodied and lightly carbonated. Lightly tart with flavors of plum and horse blanket with a short finish. Simple but works.

Bottle courtesy of Jacob. Hazy, almost murky, brownish golden pour with a frothy white head. Fruity funky nose with light caramelized malts, lemon, plums & funk. Sour, fruity & funky taste. Soft, dry & tart mouthfeel. Nice fruit & funk character. Solid stuff!

Faintly yellowish head over fully hazy orange-ochre beer. Bit woody & fruity nose, pale plums seem reasonably present; Sweetish-sour fruit, unripe (plums), flowery flavours. Acidthinning, medium carbonation, slick. Quite decent, but any fruit might have given this flavour.
