courtesy of Antonio Rey - gusher ... hazy copper-orange beer with no foam; aroma of animal, cider and caramel; full-bodied, very sweet, fizzy, flowery and vegetable-like finish, grainy, caramelish finish - very bad experiment again from this brewery

Bottle 33 cl. Pours - or rather - gushes a cloudy amber with a lively and lacing off-white head. Just keeps coming. Heavy, fat Brett aroma - wauw. Rich, sweet malt body, slightly vinous and tart, but completely dominated by the massive Brett. Not sure if this was intended, but it comes out quite wonderfully. 211015
