UPDATED: MAR 13, 2024 Шоколад на аромате, немного какао бобов и кофе, намеки на сливу, немного сухости и жженки. Цвет черный, угольный, пенка тонкая, кофейная. Вкус на удивление простой, шоколад, какао бобы, но после глотка начинается легкое жжение от перца, оно весьма продолжительное и в целом приятно так как не сильно отстрое. Есть бочка но немного, намеки на бурбон. В целом кроме перца ничего не удивляет, но интересно как минимум и радует хорошим балансом.

UPDATED: MAY 29, 2023 22oz bottle pours out black topped with a small tan head. Nose is chocolate roast malts vanilla coffee cinnamon spice bourbon barrel notes. Taste is more of the nice sweet chocolate roast malts bourbon barrel spice cinnamon.

UPDATED: DEC 6, 2019 Bottle. Black color with beige head. Aroma is light chili, bourbon, light roast, cinnamon, chocolate. Taste is chili flesh, cinnamon, light bourbon, dark chocolate. Oily mouthfeel with low carbonation. Very nice!

UPDATED: MAR 5, 2019 Bottle shared at Lucky Bamboo share. Pours a pitch black with a small bit of beige head that lingers. Lovely milk chocolate, cacao nib, coffee and faint bourbon aromas. Smooth on the palate, thick and silky texture with a smooth chocolate ganache-like character. Lingering cacao nib, cinnamon and chili pepper on the finish with a light oaked bourbon character. Elegant and still drinking well.

Near black oily pour, brown head. Aroma is at first barrel heavy, but starts opening up quick to be balanced between barrel, fudge, cinnamon and pepper. Flavor is decadent and balanced from the start. More spice than the base I've had but more intense flavors elsewhere too, so it's all good. Thick and smooth.

Tap @ Himmeriget. Pours pitch black with no head. Aroma of coffee, chocolate, bourbon. Taste is coffee, dark chocolate, plums, nice burn from the chilies, bourbon. Full body, oily texture and soft carbonation.

Draught @ Himmeriget. Pitch black color with a thin brown head. Strong bourbon notes in aroma, roastedness, wood, charcoal. Bourbon in flavor, roastedness, wood, light vanilla. Excellent.

Awesome beer. Dark color, brown head. Thick bourbon aroma. Spicy taste, dark chocolate, bourbon again. Total pleasure.

I’m not gonna thank God so don’t worry. Black with thin tan ring. Big sweet deep roasted chocolate malts, ash, tar, loads of hot chillies and burnt crystal sugar, butterscotch, cinnamon, overpowered bourbon and vanilla. Over medium sweet and big bitter. Full body and soft carbonation.
