Aroma is intense on smoked notes, dark malt, chocolate, mostly dry, in the german style of smoke, bit low on the body side but pleasant and properly done, good. Long peated notes on aftertaste.

A murky dark amber ale with milky hues, and a thick receding mocha head. In aroma, a sweet nutty malt with peaty notes, a bit of boiled corn. In mouth, a smooth peaty malt with light smooth acidity, light treacle, nice. Bottle is about 1 yr old, from Paris.
