UPDATED: FEB 2, 2024 Malts, grapefruit and just a little pine. Fairly light. A bit more like a sweet citrusy amber than an IPA.

UPDATED: JAN 26, 2024 Bottle. Pours amber orange with medium head. Aroma is grapefruit, fresh, fruity, pure, citrus. Taste is grapefruit, fresh, bitter, tropical juice, some grassy notes, citrus. Superb beer!

UPDATED: JAN 24, 2024 Trübe goldene Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Malziger, fruchtiger, hopfiger Geruch. Geschmacklich malzig, fruchtig mit Citrus und Grapefruit, eher schwächer hopfig. Mittlere Süße mit hoher Bitterkeit, mittlerer Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.

UPDATED: JAN 12, 2024 Can from Wegman’s. Pours golden with a thin white head. Decent notes of grapefruit on the nose and tongue. Far milder and calmer than I was expecting. Not particularly memorable.

UPDATED: JAN 1, 2024 330ml can Colour is a hazy dark golden colour with a one finger white head. Aroma is of grapefruit, citrus, lemon, orange, sweet and grassy notes. Taste is of citrus, lemon, grapefruit, malt and some grassy notes. Soft and smooth mouthfeel and light carbonation. Overall a very exotic and interesting beer. Different flavours but rather exotic. Okay.

UPDATED: DEC 27, 2023 Not what it used to be, but still good. Strong amber ale malt base (or tastes like it) - with sharp, very sweet grapefruit, and some pine. Hops aren't very strong.

UPDATED: DEC 17, 2023 Can from the advent box Lightly hazy dark gold with a decent sized tightly bubbled white head that slowly recedes. Big pithy citrus on the nose and flavor. Bready lightly toasty maltiness and earthy hop flavor with a touch of astringency.
