UPDATED: NOV 17, 2023 It pours golden and extremely clear. It has a white head with very good head retention. It has aromas of peaches and leather with a lowers levels of barnyard. There are some light sour notes in the background. It has some nice peachy flavors with some sourness. There are some leather and barnyard elements. It also has some apricot notes. It is moderately sour and quite dry. Overall, a nice sour combination of peaches and brett.

UPDATED: OCT 28, 2022 On tap at the Funkatorium in Asheville. Hazy golden color. Wow tons of peach flavor and aroma. Medium plus acidity. Dry, but not as dry as the other sours I tried here. My favorite of the night.

Very sour citrus fruits, lemon and lime juice, acidic, sour funk, wet oak, straw, soft carb, med bod. Very sour palate, lacks balance. Bottle from Master Of Malt.

UPDATED: NOV 18, 2021 Panda 🐼 at home thanks to Tipple. A hazed golden orange coloured pour with a fine off white head. Aroma is semi sweet, semi sweet and sour, white grape, fruit loops, shurbet, blueberry, rasoberry. Flavour is composed of sharp lemon, tart raspberries, fuzzy peaches, sharp , bitter lemon peel. Palate is super sharp, prickly sour, highgish carbonation. Lovely fruit character.

UPDATED: NOV 14, 2021 Panda at home, thanks to Tips, 14/11/21. Moderately hazed golden orange with a thin white cap. Nose is tarte lemon, grass, hedgerow, modest funk, hay bale. Taste comprises lemon rind, grass, light funk, apple peel, light acidic tickle, damp wood, green berry must. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a sharp citric close. Ok saison if a touch on the sharp and tangy side.

UPDATED: SEP 28, 2021 Bottle. Master of Malt. Hazed gold. Thin lasting white head. Nose has wheat. Peach flesh and stone. Light brett. Touch of cardboard. Taste has a sorbet tartness. Some astringency. Fine and brisk carbonation. Pretty acidic on the finish.

UPDATED: MAY 29, 2021 Bottle sample at a tasting. Slightly hazy yellow with white head. The aroma has notes of peach, apricot, vinegar, apricot leather. The flavor is mild sour with notes of peach, apricot, apricot leather, vinegar. Dry, medium-bodied.

UPDATED: APR 24, 2021 Bottle at a tasting. Hazy yellow color. Aroma is funky, some barnyard notes, peaches. Sour, funky, lactic, lemon, apples, wood, herbs, peaches, apricot. Light-medium bodied, dry. Very good.
