UPDATED: MAY 12, 2023 Bottled. Hazy golden colour with a mediumsized white foamy head. Aroma is citrus, some rhubarb, mild herbal and some toffeeish tones. Flavour is rhubarb, some lemon, mild acidity as well as some tart wooden tones. Crisp and refreshing.

UPDATED: FEB 20, 2020 A bit more than a soft drink to start the evening. Pours murky amber, minimal head and no lacing. Aroma of sourdough, floral with fruity notes. Tastes tart, earthy (cos of rhubarb), with fruity notes and lactose sour-sweetness. Light body and extremely low in alcohol feel, below its 2.2%. Crisp soda, very enjoyable, but lacks a bit of flavour.

UPDATED: FEB 6, 2020 Yellow colour, small head. Aroma: tart, lactose, fermented berries, sour berries, green apple, some earth. Taste: raspberries, tart, berries, some earth, some yeast, rhubarb.

UPDATED: JAN 6, 2020 Mycket litet och vitt skum, helt klar och mycket lätt gul färgad. Doft: Funk, metall, trä, jord, omogna jordgubbar. Smak: Funk, citron, sura äpplen, vatten, i eftersmaken finns raberber.

UPDATED: DEC 11, 2019 Bottle, mid 2018. Lacto, lemon, sour cucumber, unripe white grape, light rhubarb, fruit zest, intense, very tart but also light milky slick. Excellent, intense low alco stuff.

UPDATED: MAR 22, 2019 Pale golden color with off-white head. Aroma has rhubarb, sour elements and some citrus. Taste is fruity with quite long sour and quite dry aftertaste. Flavors of sour apples, rhubarb, citrus.

Pale orange, moderate hazy body, with a small, yellowish head.
Aroma of Brett, fruit yoghurt, straw, citrus, green apples, rhubarb.
Tastes similar, a bit lighter, more citric.
Light, slick mouthfeel, with an average carbonation.
Finishes moderate, medium dry, citric, lactic, moderate Bretty, with apple skin, some straw.

Really nice. Quite light, but really aromatic for the low ABV. Lovely, diverse fruits, with the rhubarb well integrated. Vers refreshing stuff!

The aroma is grape, Muscat, orange, and bergamot. Taste is Muscat, lenon rind, and sourness. Nice and refreshing.
