0.33l bottle, bb 23.03.17. pours a hazy deep golden with a big frothy head. aroma of caramel, sweet grains, honey. flavour of soap, leaves, grains, vegetables. little bitterness, flat carbonation.

33cl bb02/2017, danke zuan and lupuLust. Pours like a baby heller Bock. Shy aroma of distant pumpkin pie sweetness, sweet lime and lime leaf, earthy rainwater. Drinks like a barley-sweet baby Bock with faint vegetal presence, no artificial cinnamon or other spices. Well done, but the question remains what using pumpkin this subtly adds to an otherwise sessionable Helles...

Bottle and Erzbierschof Monday Club. Pumpkin can be found in the body and in the palate, but it is rather low. Some vegetable aroma, but is that pumpkin? Lovely carbonation, medium body, rather refreshing and dry. I mean, it’s not a strong pumpkin, it it is not a bad beer.

lupuLust (347) - Franke(n) im Breisgau, GERMANY - SEP 26, 2016
24.09.2016 Basel - Smell of autumn leaves and pumpkin. Low carbonation but full bodied. Taste of pilsner and citrus zest ( and of course pumpkin). Palate feels better directly from the bottle. It was a good late beginning of autumn with this beer.

Bov (14982) - Bienne, SWITZERLAND - SEP 25, 2016
from Paul Ullrich - clear orange-bronze beer with no foam; shy aroma of pumpkin and citrus; moderate malt body, gently sweet with some bitterness; neutral finish with hints of pumpkin and earth - characterless
