Clear dark black colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, beige head. Aroma is heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, maple, coffee, alcohol - bourbon. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, loads of maple, chocolate, vanilla - bourbon - alcohol, coffee espresso. Body is medium to full, texture is creamy, carbonation is flat, finish feel is moderate alcoholic. [20170511]
