Clear dark black colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, beige head. Aroma is heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, maple, coffee, alcohol - bourbon. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, loads of maple, chocolate, vanilla - bourbon - alcohol, coffee espresso. What’s Brewing 2016, day 1. Black thick body with a brown head. Aroma of dark chocolate, coffee, licorice. Sweet and rich malty taste with roast, vanilla, salt crackers, ark fruits. Lovely vanilla and coffee finish. A great one!

On tap. Black color, brownish head. Aroma is sweet, syrupy with a hint of dark cherry and deep fried doughnut. Taste has whiskey, maple, burnt sugar and toffee on the aftertaste. Medium, syrupy body, light to medium carbonation. Overly intense, difficult to drink but tasty, quite sweet.
