UPDATED: OCT 18, 2022 Tap Vaud brewery no.1 Swiss no.5 Pours hay gold. Sourish. Certainly does not feel like Farmhouse, more leaning towards wild ale. Still nice.

UPDATED: FEB 19, 2019 750ml bottle shared @Luppolo Station (Rome). Ambrata chiara, limpida, brillante, schiuma bianca media, discretamente persistente. In bocca è morbida, appena dolce all'attacco con finale acido medio, vinosa, succosa, leggermente minerale. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Splendida.

pours unclear/hazy fairly dark golden with a small white-ish cap offering minimal retention and lacing. wheaty apricots, their vinegar, but fairly fruity i guess, lots of old herbs, aged hops, longing bitter citrus, lots of sturdy and spicy wood with vinous tannins, sharp and rather plain medium acidity, salt. pretty low carbonation - could obviously be brighter; light body - oily; bone dry and almost sour herbal-spicy-grapefruity finish. unpolished (even though a great part [lambic-like] of the blend seems unblended) but some mild funky enjoyable notes.

Bottle shared at THT July. Bit past B.B. date. Hazy golden with white head. Lots of funk, light lemon, gooseberries, soft citrus hops, dank weeds, soft wheat, light glue. Over medium sour, light sweet and bitter. Medium bodied. Quite nice.

Bottle shared at THT June. Fairly hazy golden orange with a ring off white head. Aroma has a big nice funk, dry cellar, light barnyard, cobwebs and citrus. Flavour is light moderate sweet and sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

My Bottom Line:
Oranges and tart fruitiness meet wheat and earthiness in this pleasant, rustic example.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A veil of foam floats atop the murky amber.
-Flavor definition could be higher.
-Drinkability is quite high.
-Basement notes are also found.

Bottle.

Texture huileuse/collante, corps mince.

Interesting unblended lambic alike beer from Trois Dames with a flavor profile dominated by cheesy funk and wheat. The "Saison Brett" from the blend is pretty well hidden (especially the Saison part). Low carb. Very good, but it could use a bit more complexity.
