UPDATED: MAR 29, 2020 Bottle. Dark brown, almost black body with a small beige head. Aroma has dark malt, oak and mild Bourbon. Taste is sweet malt, oak, coconut, vanilla and Bourbon. Very smooth and balanced. Fine body and pleasant aftertaste.

the aroma is caramel and fruity with hints of brown chocolate, toffee, cocoa, port, brown bread and raisin... the taste is caramel and chocolate with notes of roasted malt, red wine, cocoa, toffee, dark fruits and oakwood... the aftertaste is sweet, dry and warming...

330 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 10.5%, IBU 49. Black colour, small tan head. Aroma of bourbon, molasses, roast malts, fusel alcohols, oak and vanilla. Very moderate carbonation. Flavour of oak, bourbon, roast malts and vanilla, not as sweet as I feared.

At a tasting, many thanks, smallish head, very dark brown color, umami aroma of porcini mushrooms, herbs wood and bourbon, flavor of milk chocolate, coconut bourbon, dark bread and wax, oily mouthfeel. Rich and highly enjoyable.
