UPDATED: MAY 15, 2023 I have bought this bottle, in august, at the coop, interlalen, after a beautiful day at Ballenberg. Opening this beer, on saturday with our home made pizza. The body is brown, grey and troubled, white foam. In my point of view, it is a decent and tasty kellerbier, smooth, bready, yeasty, fruity, note of classical hop, on German way, freshness at the mouth, well balanced.

UPDATED: JAN 15, 2022 21Jul2021 Sweet grain and cereal malts, light citrus fruits, lemon peel, yeast, bread. Hazy, pale gold, medium, creamy, white head. Light bitter. Bittersweet grain malts, wet straw, hay, med carb, med bod. Nice, well-balanced, quaffable. Bottle from Coop.

UPDATED: NOV 6, 2021 5.11.2021: From tap at Craft Beer Festival Thun at 4.8% ABV. Lightly hazy pale straw-yellow color with a white head. The aroma is lightly to medium malty and lightly hoppy with sweet grains, cereals, bread, biscuit, hay and light herbal notes. Medium body with a light to medium sweetness and a light bitterness. The flavor is similar to the smell with sweetish pale malt, cereals, sweet grains, some biscuit, a light herbal touch and hay. Finishes with a light hoppy bitterness. Aroma: 6 Appearance: 4 Taste: 6 Palate: 4 Overall: 11

UPDATED: JUL 17, 2019 From the COOP in Wengen. Gold pour, finger of solid white. Nose is pear. Middle is more of the pear, light kilned malt, mild herbal kiss. Finish is more of the same.

Appearance: Yellow golden, quite hazy. Good amount of creamy white head. Lively carbonation.
Aroma: Light fruits, yeast.
Taste: Light fruits, Belgian yeast, pale malts. Low bitterness. Quite nice.
