TEJA (5776) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - NOV 6, 2018
Bottle sampled at omhper, thanks. The aroma resembles Fernet Branca. Taste is sweet malty with a tiny brett touch and a mild lactic acidity.

Scopey (24184) - Oldmeldrum, SCOTLAND - OCT 3, 2018
Bottle shared at Craft CG - thanks to the Tipple. It pours hazy pink / rose with a small white head. The aroma is sweet, sticky, tangy, juicy, red grape, cranberry, vinous, oily and just a touch of vanilla. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, vinous, cranberry, raspberry, winey, oak, sherbet, twist of lemon - lime and some red currant with a drying finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Fruity, tangy and rather fun.

Bottled, thanks Bov! Almost clear amber, minimal head. Aroma of oaky red wine and herbs. Mid sweet with mild woody tartness. Medium-full body with rounded mouthfeel. Fruity and woody with notes of Fernet Branca and lots of red wine. Mildly warming finish. Complex and interesting.

Craft TCR bottleshare. Thanks to Tipple. Light haze on this amber beer, small pale tan head. Light and fairly dry palate, decent fine minerally carbonation. Light malts. A sourish tang, tangerine and sour red berries. A light winey vibe. Some sour burn on the finish but overall it's light and approachable.

Bottle split at CBC tasting, big thanks to Tipple, 16/07/18. Hazed golden amber with a decent off white covering that dissipates to a swirl. Nose is dried fruits, wood must, funk, oak, damp hay, apple core. Taste comprises citric pissoi, red berry tang, basement tones, fruit balsams. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close with balanced acidity. Decent for a Swiss sour !

Pittoro (387) - Krakow, POLAND - JUN 4, 2017
My discovery from the Bärner Bier Festival 2017. Smell: leather, sourness, wine. Taste: complex notes of wine and beer, with sourness mid- to mid-high. Wild fermentation together with lots of wine (from the barrels) position this brew more on the wine side. Overall, great brew.

28th May 2017, another bottle brought by Mat to the Burning Soul brewery tasting session, cheers mate. Red hue to the amber pour, weak topping of off-white bubbles. Winey, red berry aroma, taste had a sour front with red wine, oak and berries within the tart/sharp nature of the beer. Not normally my sort of brew, but I liked this.
