UPDATED: SEP 23, 2022 Bottle online from Beers Of Europe. Pours a clear deep copper colour with a one finger creamy beige head. Aromas of dark fruits, caramel, toasty brown bread and biscuits. Taste has more dark fruits (red berries), caramel, toasty brown bread and biscuits with an added touch of roasted malts and nuts. Very malty with an earthy hop hanging on the finish. Thin to medium body, low carbonation and smooth oily mouthfeel. Very decent beer with good flavour for the low abv.

Martinsh (2871) - Crewe, Cheshire, ENGLAND - MAR 10, 2022
UPDATED: MAR 10, 2022 Cask at Hogshead, Wolverhampton. Pours a bright chestnut with a small off-white head and good lacing. There are autumn fruits to be detected in the aroma. In the mouth it is sweet and fruity, with apples and peaches plus hints of caramel. Overall a vague maltiness at first, but that becomes a slight hoppiness later. Finish is slightly dry. Nice and drinkable – plenty of taste for its ABV.

UPDATED: OCT 6, 2021 Bottle, multipack from brewery. Attractive chestnut colour, thin white head. A pretty well balanced bitter, and a sensible abv. Could quite happily quaff a few.
