Flaska från Hopt. Mörk orange som drar åt kopparröd. Syrligt och massor av frukt i doften med äpplen, päron, gröna druvor, persika, plommon och syrliga fruktkärnor och stenfrukt, med toner av vinäger. I smaken kommer en lite större sötma fram med lite höiga toner och en ganska rejäl ekighet, med toner av cognac och vitvin. Är bättre i doften än smaken.

Doft: fruktigt, vinäger, stenfrukt, mandelessens, torra stenar, syrligt. Smak: torr, fruktig, vanilj, mineraler, mandelessens, gula äpplen, lite jordkällare, mycket ek.

Bottle, 75cL. 5%. Purchase ("Le Houblon", @Poitiers, FR). @Naintré, shared with my dad. An orange light golden beer with a medium white head ; average retention. Light sweet, light bitter, light to medium acid refreshing. Light body, thin texture, average carbonation, sweetsour dry fresh finish. Overall, very good ! Nice surprise!

Bottle. Hazy orange color with off-white head. Aroma is dough, pale malts. Taste is peach skin, sweetish, wheat. Creamy mouthfeel with medium carbonation. A bit sweet, but not bad!

Rami Rami is drinking a De Profundis by La Débauche at Muzeum Azji i Pacyfiku Aromat lambikowaty. Smak brzoskwinia, morela, slodkie i kwaskowate, dosc pelne, b ciekawe piwo i bardzo smaczne. Takie 3.9

Smells and tastes tart and oaky, heavier on the BA than on the sour. Mouthfeel typical of such sours - tiny bubbly fizz, funky feel that coats your throat. Quite nice and light overall, especially for a BA.

Decent head for a sour/wild, dark orange / amber, very fruity, citrus tartness, the barrel age comes out nicely with an aftertaste of oak, a little too flat

Pas mal, nez relativement fuité à base de fruits jaunes (dominante abricot soutenu par pêche). Manque un rien de pep’s et d’acidité.
