UPDATED: FEB 3, 2023 Draught@Ølhus København, Helsinki. Hazy deep golden colour, mediumsized creamy head. Aroma is grass, herbs, some caramel and mild biscuity and bready notes. Flavour is citrus, some bready, grainy and mild grassy notes. Ends somewhat bitter.

UPDATED: MAR 17, 2020 Bottle and Tap @ Mikkeller, Odense. Pours hazy golden with a small white head. Malty caramel and bread with a twist of citrus. Clean and balanced.

UPDATED: DEC 28, 2019 Clear golden/amber appearance with an offwhite head. Aroma of toasted malt, mild hops and light herbal/floral notes. Similar flavor, adding mild hop bitterness and a light grainy sweetness. Light body with a clean feel and a smooth finish. Solid.

UPDATED: MAY 13, 2019 Aroma is fruit/citrus hops and lager yeast/beery. The flavor is fruit, European lager yeast and a bitter/malty/beery finish.

UPDATED: FEB 9, 2019 Bottle. Amber with a solid beige head. Aroma of pine and resin. Flavour is malty sweet with notes of caramel and a fairly bitter finish. Nice.

UPDATED: JAN 24, 2019 Bottle @ Ramen. Hazy yellow w a white head. Aroma medium malty (bread), hoppy (fruity, citrusy, yuzu). Flavor light sweet, spicy and citrus fruity, medium bitter finish, ending dry. Medium body and carbonated.

UPDATED: DEC 21, 2018 Bottle. 4.7%. Best before 06.12.18: 15 days past. Pours a hazy golden/amber, with a (very) light tan head. Good lacing. Fruity, light citrusy hop aroma. Spicy hint, increasing a bit as it warms. Remote dusty overtone. Light malt in the background. Hint of apple, light caramel as it warms. Flavour is hoppy, with a light spicy note; remotely ginger. Hint of apple. Bitter hop finish, a wee bit dry. Slight ginger and overripe fruit note. Overall fairly good. 21.12.18.

UPDATED: DEC 20, 2018 Gushing (!) to rather small off-white head, fed by irregular carbonation in dirty-amber beer. Initially a lot of fruity hops, soon replaced by duller-spicy hopiness and caramel, sweet bread; Bitter, dry-ish Old World hops. Caramel suggested, but hardly sweet. Again a spiciness, caramelized ginger, bit peppery. Slick but rather light body, good carbonation. Vienna? Too hoppy. Lager? As if made by topfermenting yeast. And gushing, at that. De Proef??

UPDATED: NOV 30, 2018 Botella 33 Cl de Mikkeller shop tomada en Belmonte 27..11.. 2018. (r70). Fcpref 16..12..2018 en chapa. Color marrón tostado turbio con espuma blanca persistente. Sabores maltosos y cereales con toques de levaduras lager. Suaves herbáceos. Cuerpo medio con bastante sabor, suave amargo final herbáceo lupulado. Buena, refrescante.
