COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Hold your glasses up, this is a hold-hop!!! This time we do not try to embuscade you, it will be a direct strike! A complex malting process of pale malt, vienna, oats and wheat flakes. Then, a touch of dextrin to ensure sweetness and creaminess. Deep bitterness, aromas of resin, fruity, floral and then again hops. This new double IPA is really an ode to Hops. Hops Herkules, Simcoe, Mosaic, Callista, Mandarina Bavaria, Centennial Malts Pale ale, vienna, malted oat, wheat flakes, maltodexrine Yeast London Ale III

UPDATED: SEP 16, 2019 (Keg at Barbershop 2.0, 20190916) The beer poured golden and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness, grapefruit, malts and sweetness. Palate was medium bodied and warming with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, citricness, sweetness, malts, peach and bitterness. Aftertaste was hoppy, boozy and bitter. A nice fruity and hoppy brew with rather high ABV that could be felt.

UPDATED: MAY 18, 2019 Une bière blanche aux saveurs d'épices. Dommage du dépôt important. Du coup, c'est une nébuleuse qui porte bien son nom. 😜

Braudog (8845) - Yorktown, Virginia, USA - MAY 18, 2019
UPDATED: MAY 18, 2019 'Version 4' on tap at Au Coin Mousse. Lighter color than expected ... an even gold, completely clear. Thin but sticky. Drinks with an almost lager-ish character, light corn malt, a sticky feel, a little apple. There's almost no acidity, but there's still a distinct burn. Different, but good. (#7404 5/2019)

UPDATED: NOV 28, 2018 330 ml can at home, bb. 05.2019. Pours a hazy light amber with a white head. The aroma is pretty hoppy with lots of pine, lots of sweet tangerine, perfume, blueberries and some bready and lightly sweetish malt. Medium to medium-full body with a soft to average carbonation, a light to medium-light sweetness and a medium bitterness. The flavor is medium hoppy and medium malty with pine, grapefruits, tangerine, ripe grapes, orange zest and a solid biscuity malt backbone, hints of honey. Good balance between malt and hops. Finishes with a medium hoppy bitterness. Overall a nice classic IIPA with a good balance between the hops and the malt. Aroma: 8 Appearance: 4 Taste: 8 Palate: 4 Overall: 14
