Morpheus Saison is a thirst-quenching Belgian Saison that was traditionally brewed in the Hainaut area for local farm workers. Historically saison beers would have been slightly sour, and to recreate this effect we blend a small amount of Omega sour beer into the final beer to give it a refreshing touch, without making it overly sour.

Aroma is malty and hurbs.
Taste is herbal, good bitternes, coriander, and some caramel.

UPDATED: SEP 14, 2021 Thin foam, light golden colour. Bread and grapes in the nose. Heavy carbonization, light body. Slightly fruity start with very little sourness (too light for my taste). Refreshing and a good entry into farmhouse ales, yet a bit weak overall.

Appearance -simple label, generic bottle cap.Clear -ish orange amber with a bunch of sediment in.

Taste - weak malt, faint sourness, faint bitter notes, herbal, faint sweetness also and faint caramel, Belgian yeast mixed in. Neutral enough, very drinkable, but nothing over the top.
