UPDATED: NOV 21, 2020 KØLF 231020. Red amber color with a beige head. Aroma is sourness, berries. Flavor is berries, sourness, wood, funk, vinegar. Nice beer.

UPDATED: NOV 6, 2020 Bottle. Almost clear, reddish golden body with a nice, big, dense off-white head. Pleasant aroma of acidic red berries, wood, mild funk and hint of cherry. Taste is acidic fruity like aroma with wood and funk. Really smooth and balanced with a pleasant tart aftertaste. Fine balance in taste, body and aftertaste. Nice one.

UPDATED: FEB 3, 2019 Color marronáceo con espuma blanca de duración corta. Aroma con leves notas a caranelo y frutos rojos. Sabor ligeramente dulce mezclado con notas ácidas, frutos rojos y madera. Final con acidez media y notas frutales.

UPDATED: JAN 27, 2019 Wyraźna dzikość w aromacie, trochę wiśni, czerwonych winogron. Bardzo dobrze. PIękna ciemnoróżowa barwa, nieco zamglone. Piana słaba, ale po zabełtaniu się pojawia. W smaku kwaśne, wiśniowe, naturalne. Niskie wysycenie - chciałoby się może mocniejszego. Bardzo przyjemny profil kwaśności.

UPDATED: DEC 31, 2018 2018 edition. Tap at The Craftsman Aberdeen. Pours a hazed red brown with a quickly dissipating of white head. Loads of cider tannins on the nose with some caramel sherbet. Sharp puckering acidity on the taste. Light medium feel with sharp fizz of carbonation. Very sharp and refreshing sour ale. Lovely stuff.

Fair retention Flavour: High sourness on first sip. Medium sour, cherry, woody. Very dry finish with sour, woody, Mouthfeel: Medium-light body. Medium-high carbonation. UPDATED: DEC 11, 2018 Nez: Boisé, fruits rouges, épicé, aigre Bouche: Cerise, prune, boisée, épicée, acidité, aigre Une Sour, 'barrel aged + sour berries + wild yeast' (version 2017) avec des notes très fruitées notamment de cerise et de prune avec des notes boisées. Le final est acide, légèrement aigre et épicé.
