COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This Patrons Project beer is a collaboration with skateboard photographer Reece Leung, whose artwork is featured, and Vague, a magazine delivering skateboarding, art, beer and the rest. Second up in the series is a bit of a curveball - Citra. A regular in the NMBCo brew house (and many others) this hop lives up to its name. No hop delivers quite the tropical punch as consistently and overwhelmingly as Citra, making it a go to option for US-style IPA's. It's the softness of these flavours which brought it to the table for our DDH lager series. All of that tropical flavour can be delivered in the most super soft of packages. This means it actually partners well with the clean body of the beer and makes it perfect for Lager fans and hopheads alike!

UPDATED: DEC 3, 2020 On tap at Civil Society Anniversary. Pours a hazy yellow with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is citrus, straw, grass. Medium body, citrus, biscuit, grass, light finish, very good.

UPDATED: AUG 31, 2019 Tap @ Mikkeller Bar, Aarhus. Nice head with good duration. Color is hazy golden. Aroma and taste are rich tropical fruits, flowers, malt and hops. Nice bitter finish.

Can at Joe's. Pours Golden , nose is floral, orange, hay, taste is similar, sweet, grassy.

UPDATED: MAR 13, 2019 Keg, Brewdog Tower Hill. Pale gold, lacy head. Soft citrus and slightly dank aroma. Taste is uber refreshing crisp citrus and extremely drinkable. Nice.

UPDATED: JAN 5, 2019 Keg, The Wolf, Brum, 26/10/17. Fully opaque white-haloed ochre. Slightly magnificent aroma of stewed greenery, hairy citrus, kumquat and Livery St Subway. Floral, tropical, soapy and soft with a mellow blade of bitterness in the back. Honey dripped papaya and pineapple. Curry leaf and custard creams buried in the mix. Very good indeed.
