COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Irish Whiskey barrel aged for 12 months. Collaboration with Boundary Brewing. Aged for over a year in freshly emptied Irish whiskey barrels, Harmonic Convergence is a bold American barleywine. Notes of ripe dark fruits such as fig, raisin, and date combined with vanilla and caramel are balanced by a soft bitterness. This beer is one to be shared and enjoyed with those we love."

UPDATED: JUN 6, 2020 Wow. It's got a little bit of everything, doused in whiskey and an ABV to match. Marmalade and dried fruit, caramel, vanilla, grapefruit and pineapple. Oakey and buttery. Like a good malbec. Delicious

Very hazy amber beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Palate is light and mildly dry and has a good minerally crispness. The palate identifies this as a new beer because the taste has a distinctly mature malt flavour, could be from a 40 year old Gales beer or something, caramellish and slightly woody. The other giveaway is the Irish whiskey. smooth and a little creamy with some mildly tangy whiskey covered fruits. Smooth semi dry and slightly spicy finish. Works well with distinctly old - new vibe.

UPDATED: JUL 16, 2018 65cl Bottle, thanks Harmen! Brown colour, beige head. Aroma of soft and smooth whisky, mellow oak, sweet malts, dark fruits, raisins soaked in alcohol, toffee. Flavour is sweet, malty, very fruity, toffee, hint of wood, oak, vanilla, soft alcohol, smooth as Irish Whisky itself. Full bodied. Really nice.

Bottle shared on the roof, courtesy of puttetjes. Hazy reddish amber with creamy light tan head. Sweet roasted grain, barley, sweet dried fried, figs, raisans, dates, caramel, leathery, woody, mosty, nice whisky touches, vanilla as well. Big sweet, bitter and quite dry. Full body and soft carbonation. Warming boozy and delicate.
