UPDATED: OCT 7, 2017 Botella 33 cl en el Lúpulo Oviedo septiembre 2007. Fcpref 11..06. .2008. (r21). Color negro intenso con espuma beige persistente. Sabores maltosos tostados con toques torrefactos y ligeramente caramelizados. Suave amargo final. Cuerpo ligero a medio algo tosco. Normal.

Donker bruin modderig bier met een goede getinte schuim kraag. Ruikt chocolade, mout. Smaakt ook zo. Best zacht en nice.

Chocola in geur en smaak. Teveel carbo en beetje asbak gevoel.. Donkerbruin, dun schuim.

From my scarce notes and weak memory, this was a watery dunkel, not so well balanced, one of the first spanish craft i had.

toast, brown, hazy, white foam, medium sweetness, lightly bitter, light body, oily feel, lively,

Bona cervesa, bastant equilibrada i gustosa. Buena cerveza, bastante equilibrada y sabrosa.

Malta, caramelo que endulza aún más, aromas no deseados de chocolate y un asomo de humo. Me esperaba más de alguien que lleva años haciendo cervezas.

A shared 33cl bottle at El Estribo. Pours black with a small beige head. Aroma of roasted malt, dark dried fruits and caramel. Roasty, malty and sweet. Decent schwarzbier. (2012-08-15)

Dunkler, etwas süßer und röstiger Malzantrunk. Aromatisch röstig, die Süße ist passend gesetzt. Dazu kommt ein nach und nach einsetztender und natürlich wirkender Hopfen, der nur zaghaft in das Geschehen eingreift. Zum Ende etwas süßer, das frische Röstaroma bleibt lange erhalten.
