From tap at Craft Beer Festival Thun 2018. Lightly hazy golden color with a white head. aroma of sour berries, some balsamic vinegar, grapes, white wine, wood, gooseberries - nice smell. Medium to medium-full body with a light to medium sourness, a light tartness and a light sweetness. The flavor starts with sour and tart berries, green apples, grapes and hints of white wine. Finishes dry and lightly woody. Aroma: 7 Appearance: 4 Taste: 7 Palate: 4 Overall: 13

Bottle. Pours unclear yellow. Aroma is stables, wild yeast, and then... fecal funk? Good though. Body is medium, weirdly metallic fruity, earthy, lively carbonation, well balanced and enjoyable. Dryish palate. Clearly of a higher ABV, but it works super well. Highly recommendable.

@Brau- und Rauchshop - light hazy blond beer; aroma of apples, funky and cheesy; medium-bodied, tasty, lively, decently sour, dry with some bitterness; long cheesy funky and barnyard finish, quite fruity
