From tap at Craft Beer Festival Thun 2018. Deep mahogany color with an orange-beige head. Aroma of sour, red berries, yeast, fruity esters, pears, hints of banana, some roasted malt, chocolate. Medium-full body with a light sweetness and a light bitterness. Flavor of roasted malt with some berries in the background - chocolate, raspberries, some coffee, some burnt notes.
