UPDATED: JAN 15, 2019 @Thun Craft Beer Festival - hazy amber beer with a pale beige foam left; funky and cheesy, notes of prunes; a good malt backbone, fairly sour, lively and clean palate; quite dry, assertive; aftertaste of dates, prunes, bretts and earth
From tap at Craft Beer Festival Thun 2018. Hazy light amber color with a light beige head. The aroma is lightly to medium hoppy with grapefruit, orange, peach, grapes, mild funk, hints of leather - nice smell. Medium body with a very light acidity, a light residual sweetness and a light bitterness. The flavor is lightly to medium hoppy, funky with lots of grapefruit, orange, hints of bready malt, leather, tart berry pits. Finishes dry and tart. Overall with an excellent balance - very good.
