UPDATED: JUN 16, 2023 50cL bottle. Dark brown with a thick brown, lasting head. Aroma is malty and smokey. Notes of walnut, liquorice, pine, coffee. Taste starts roasted and turns bitter smokey. Notes start with liquorice and coffee and ends in smokey juniper. Texture is to the oily side, full body and medium carbonation. 7-4-8-4-15

UPDATED: MAY 22, 2023 Bottle at Lord Nelson, CPH. Pours dense black with a decent tan head. Aroma: smoked malts, molasses, dried fruit hints. Taste: moderate sweet & bitter roasted malts, light peak smoke, demerara, raisins. Medium+ body with fine carbonation.

UPDATED: FEB 16, 2023 Ogenomskinlig svart med tjockt beige skum. Lite söt maltig doft med gräddiga och rostade toner samt lite lakrits. Något söt maltig smak med lätt brända toner och en aning lakrits och knäck. Medelstor beska och lätt sötma.

UPDATED: FEB 8, 2023 Zeer donkerbruin helder bier met een 1-vinger dikke mokkakleurige schuimkraag die snel inzakt. Geur is wat scherpe koffie, pure chocola en heeft iets licht rokerigs. Ook in de smaak komen deze elementen naar voren waarbij het rokeriger iets doorslaat richting asbak. Prettig mondgevoel.

UPDATED: NOV 27, 2022 Aroma of roasted malt, coffee, chocolate, caramel, smoke, liquorice, leather and tobacco. Black with a tan head. Medium to heavy sweet and medium + bitter. Medium to full body with average carbonation. Overall a really nice Porter.

UPDATED: JUL 9, 2022 Creamy full lasting light brown head. Dark brown almost black colour. Aroma is malty, roasty with dried fruits and blueberry notes. Flavor is malty too with roasty, coffee, licorice and dark chocolate tones, ending in a roasty finish. Medium bodied.

UPDATED: MAY 19, 2022 Flaska från matbutik i Köpenhamn. Svart med tjusig moccafärgad krona. Stor doft och smak av lakrits, kaffe, salmiak, lakritsrot och hårt rostade toner. Sött i doften, mindre i smaken. Old school kraftpaket för sin storlek. Trevligt.
