Medium to big sweet flavour, rich dark malts, some dried dark berries, mild roast, dark malts, ash. Medium to full bodied with fine carbonation. Lightly warming finish, more dark malts, light ashy roast, earth, raisins. Tasty.

Craft Beer Junction. Xmas bottleshare. Opaque dark brown beer, small bubbly tan head. Smooth airy palate, mildly dry, decent fine carbonation. Soft airy dark chocolate, dark chocolate cream. Mild vanilla and good smooth bourbon soaked fruits. A little maple on the airy finish. Tidy, not blowing me away..

Aroma is semi sweet, oily hazelnut, coco, peanut butter, chocolate. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, smooth bourbon vanilla, peanut butter, jammy fruit,, nutty. Marshmallow. Palate is semi sweet, oily. Moderate carbonation. Good.

Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, maple, vanilla, bourbon, bourbon - vanilla - barrel. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light bitter with a long duration, roasted, chocolate, vanilla, maple, bourbon, bourbon - vanilla - barrel. IMO: Awesome.
