UPDATED: FEB 2, 2020 Sampled @ Braukunst Live 2020. A clear yellow golden beer, no head. Aroma of moderate sweet grainy malt, cereals. Taste of mild floral hops, pale malt, grains, low bitterness, easy!

Eigenartiges Bier - im Trunk getreidig bitter, leicht süß, hinten weg irgendwie unrund grasig. Pfff.

Pours a clear yellow. Aroma is grains with some skunk. Very light mouthfeel.

as "Albani helles Spezialbier" Spitz herber Antrunk mit grasigen Noten, die aber nicht mehr ganz frisch wirken. Dann trocken bitter, schnell sind die Aromen im Abgang verschwunden. Leicht getreidiger Nachhall. 11/6/7/5/9/5

Embrouille (2879) - SWITZERLAND - JUL 28, 2009
Bottled 33cl. Courtesy of beerlady. It pours a surprisingly murky golden beer with a quick diminishing head. The aroma is rather strange, lactic with a lot of paté showing up. Yeasty, lactic taste with hints of white bread, coriander and paté. Pretty refreshing. It kind of reminds me of a Belgian Wit a bit. Dry finish which is reminiscent of chlorine and burnt rubber. Weird indeed. Thanks a lot beerlady!

pale golden, some hazyness, little head smells malty and hoppy and of some yeast , a bit of hidden metal tasts hoppy in a herbal way and yeasty aftertaste is some herbal bitterness

Bottled, thanks Bov! Hazy golden, brief lively head. The nose has grassy hops, bread and yeast. It’s dry and light bodied. Crisp and bready with sopme dough and hay. Finishes with low bitterness. A pleasant little beer along the libnes of zwickelbiers.

slightly hazy golden-blond colour with a persistant white foam; th same aroma of wort found in the Amber hits the nose first leaving traces of hops hidden behind; some initial tartness; sweet, medium-bodied and some bitterness; malty and slightly herbal finish - weird but much better than the Amber
