Beese (17343) - Tooting, London, Greater London, ENGLAND - APR 15, 2020UPDATED: APR 15, 2020 12oz bottle from Belmont Station, Portland, OR and drunk on 22/08/2008. A decent kristalweizen. Would be an acceptable beer in Bavaria, I think.
JohnGalt1 (1721) - Boise, Idaho, USA - AUG 30, 2016Poured into the closest thing I could find to a pint glass... frothy 2 finger head.. the brew is a crystal clear straw color.
Nose is wheat and a little bread.. maybe some grassy hops, but I could be imagining things..
Flavor has more toasty notes and an unexpected caramel quality that is lite but definitely present.. the body is a bit thin with the bubbly carbonation..
Travlr (33920) - No fixed abode, New York, SLOVENIA - OCT 10, 2014Draft at the source. Clear yellow color, solid sheets of lacing. Aroma of light lemon. Taste has subtle citrus. Plain.
alexsdad06 (17964) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - JUN 29, 2014Bottle from trade rated using backlog notes 07. Pours a hazy yellow gold color with a medium sized white head. The aroma and flavor have wheat malt, mild sweetness, light caramel, mild citrus, yeast, fairly clean. Not too bad for what it is.

A: pours yellow golden with less than a finger of off-white foam which immediately falls to a sheet of the same with bordered rim. excellent clarity. No lace.

M: Light bodied with moderately light carb with a semi dry finish.
O: Good beer. Really sessionable, would love to see this one in a can.

wildbeercat (356) - Tucson, Arizona, USA - AUG 8, 201312floz/355ml bottle to a Blue Moon glass. Served cold.
Aroma: Pretty yeasty and malty. Not much going on. Maybe the teeniest tiniest hint of spice.
Appearance: Translucent, slightly hazy bright yellow body with a small-moderate white head. Pretty nice lacing.
Taste: Interesting. Bready, a tiny bit of spice, but there’s this flavor I just can’t place. It may be yeast, but it may be kind of fruity.
Palate: Light bodied, slightly watery. Short, malty finish.
Overall: Pretty decent brew. Nothing makes it particularly memorable, or remarkable, but it’s in no way a bad beer.
Beerandhockey8 (468) - Three Forks, Montana, USA - JUL 14, 2013Bottle to shaker. Poured a gold color. Smell is wheat, buiscuity, malt. Taste is light and simply. Ok beer, too simple though.
beernovice39 (3269) - Idaho, USA - NOV 27, 2012On tap. Yellow with a lacing white head. Scent is caramel and wheat. Taste is same with a hint of spice.
gramity (1829) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - JUN 12, 2012Bottle. Pours a clear dark gold with a thin and lacy white head. Citrus and floral nose, light body, medium carbonation. Lightly sweet toffee taste with a dry finish.
markwise (5441) - North of Tampa, Florida, USA - MAR 5, 2012Thanks to IBrew2or3 for a 12oz of this one. Cheers, Dave! Pours a somewhat hazy yellow-orange with a small white head. Nose is sweetness- I get grain, and I am thinking corn, too. There is also some slight fruitiness. Flavor is similar- sweetness to the point that makes me think about corn, slight banana, and slight grain. A bit syrupy in the palate with some mild bitterness into the finish.
