4.1 Poyet Bière Noire Thanks Chloé to give me this beer during the last year. Deciding to open this bottle, yesterday, at home, during the night. You have a black body, beautiful, smooth carbonatiin, brown foam. Personally, it was a good surprise, a great stout, perfect, generous roasty note, coffee, dark chocolate, vanilla, rather dry, really aromatic with the malt, so tasty at the mouth, hop, subtle and well balanced, a good surprise to start this year. You get a yellow, grey and troubled body with an average carbonation, white foam. In my point of view, I had a classical and pleasant time with this beer, smooth and buttery lager, yeasty, smooth malt, bready, a bit fruity with a regular note of hop for lager at the final.
