Passionfruit and melon taste - or is that cucumber? Worse - it's seafood - whaaaat?!? Light palate, gently tart. Fruity and sour. Successfully managed to elicit a shrug out of me, but little more. Moderately sweet, slightly bitter, gently grassy-spicy taste of grains, straw, a touch of butter and even light citrusy notes, followed by a short, moderately bitter, quite grassy-spicy and minimally yeasty finish.
