Pours a clear amber, white froth. Distinct rum and caramel on the nose. Nice buttery fudge blending well with the caramel malt, lovely rum integration. Medium bodied, nicely balanced. LovibondPours23	3.6 Aldi Lock Ten Session IPA Surprisingly decent. Pours amber/orange with a clean white head. Claims to have multiple hops - it is hoppy and refreshing. I believe Marston's make it - it's better than other Marston's budget beers (thinking EPA) and to me, preferable to Hobgoblin Gold. At £3 per litre (£1.65 or so per pint) it's a bargain find which does rather well. Yes - why not. Quite sessionable, not quite 'craft' but close. Monday, April 8, 2024
